At Get Shielded, we are committed to delivering high-quality website security and maintenance services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

2. Service Nature

Our services include manual work, custom configurations, and technical interventions. Due to the nature of our work, once a service has been fully delivered, refunds may not be applicable except under the conditions outlined below.

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order if work has not started. A full refund will be issued.
After Work Has Started: If you cancel after the service has begun, only a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.
After Service Completion: No refunds are applicable once the service is fully delivered.

4. Payments & Billing

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

Service was not delivered as promised.
We fail to resolve the agreed issue (with proof of failure).
Duplicate or accidental payment.

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

The client fails to provide necessary access or information.
The issue is caused by third-party plugins, hosts, or client actions after our service.
The service has been fully delivered and approved.

5. How to Request a Refund?

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any disputes. Unwarranted chargebacks will be contested with proof of service delivery.
